My design practice is multifaceted; exploring brand identity, UX and UI design, print, website, app design, photography and social media management.

Fun fact: I am also a florist with a deep respect and love for the beauty of the natural world. Many of my design projects have roots in the floral industry while some incorporate floral motifs and draw on natural colour palettes.

Working in the customer service industry for over 10 years has honed my understanding of the customer experience which now underpins all of my design work. I believe in using this perspective to anticipate and analyse clients’ pain-points and craft unique design solutions.

My creative work has spanned over a diverse range of subjects and industries. I have recently found my passion combining my UX design skills and interest in marketing while working in content creation and social media management. I look forward to constantly expanding my design practice and continuing to work with creatives and entrepreneurs to enhance the design of their brand and ultimately, enhance the customer experience.
